Refund policy

We only accept returns if the item is still in good condition ,unused and still has company's tag on.                                                                                                                                           The item must be returned within  7 days from the date of delivery within Germany. Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we acknowledge receipt. Initial delivery fees are non refundable.                                                                                               Exchange is possible if the delivered item/s is wrong  ( e.g wrong design or size).
